Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must be unused, unworn, include all original tags, and be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest solution is to return the original product. After your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
